Terms of service
The rules governing our services. They add to, and do not replace, the conditions of airlines, hotels and insurers.

Purpose
These terms govern the services provided by ASR Nexus: flight booking, visa application assistance, travel itineraries, travel insurance and hotel reservations. Placing an order means accepting these terms.
The role of ASR Nexus
ASR Nexus acts as an intermediary. We are not a carrier, a hotel, an insurer or a consular authority. The conditions of the final provider — airline, hotel, insurer, consulate — apply in addition to ours and prevail over them regarding their own service.
Quotes and orders
Our services are priced by quote, case by case. No prices are published on this site. An order is firm once the client accepts the quote.
Price and payment
Payment is due when the order is placed, before any ticket is issued or any file is submitted. We accept MonCash (509 4866 4069) and NatCash (4392 0311). Consular fees, airline taxes and third-party charges are separate from our fees and remain payable by the client.
Client obligations
The client provides accurate and complete information, and the requested documents within the stated deadlines. Incorrect information — spelling of a name, date of birth, passport number — may make a ticket unusable or a file inadmissible, without any liability on our part.
Best-efforts obligation
We are bound by a best-efforts obligation, not an obligation to achieve a result. We apply our diligence and experience to prepare a complete and compliant file; the final decision belongs to the consular authorities, the airlines or the establishments concerned.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount of our fees for the service concerned. It does not cover visa refusals, flight delays or cancellations, third-party decisions, or indirect consequences such as a missed appointment or business opportunity.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Connecticut (USA). Any claim must first be sent to info@agenceservicesrapides.com: we undertake to seek an amicable solution before any proceedings.
