Privacy Policy

Agence Services Rapides ASR Nexus LLC, a company registered in the State of Connecticut (USA), 196 Lenox Ave, Bridgeport, CT.

Through the quote request form: your name, the service requested, your destination, the number of travellers, your dates and your message — plus your phone number or email address if you then contact us on WhatsApp or by email. No identity documents are collected or kept on this site — no passport copies, no birth certificates, no bank statements.

When you pay for a service, we record the amount, the date, the method used and a payment reference. We do not collect or store any card number or account identifier. Payment takes place with the operator — MonCash, NatCash, your bank, or Stripe for card payments — which keeps its own record under its own privacy policy. When you pay by card, the details are entered on Stripe's pages, never on this site: your card number never reaches us. This information is used only to match a payment to your file and to keep our accounts.

To handle your request and reply to you, for one of the services offered: flight booking, visa application assistance, itineraries, travel insurance, hotel reservations. Your data is never sold, rented, or used for advertising.

Handling your request is based on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract — you approach us for a quote or a service — and then on performance of the contract if you become a client. Where you spontaneously send us information that is not needed to handle your request, that processing is based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

We keep your data for as long as the relationship is active, then for the period shown below, counted from the last contact.

While an exchange is ongoing, the clock restarts at each contact: a continuing relationship means data is kept. An internal note written by a member of staff is not a contact and extends nothing.

Once these periods end, personal data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

One exception, required by law: accounting records — reference, amount, date and service concerned — are kept for seven years under US tax rules. They are separated from your identity at the point of anonymisation and can no longer be traced back to you.

Your data is hosted by Supabase, on servers located in the United States (region us-east-2, Ohio). If you reside in the European Union, this transfer will be covered by standard contractual clauses before any processing concerning you takes place. We use two further processors, both established in the United States: Vercel, which hosts the site, and Stripe, which handles card payments. Stripe acts as an independent controller for the payment data it collects, under its own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy). The same standard contractual clauses will cover these transfers before any processing concerning a European Union resident.

Only ASR Nexus management and authorised agency staff. Every time a file is opened, it is recorded in an internal log. Your data is not shared with any third party, apart from the host named above. The payment operator and our bank have access to the transactions that concern them, under their own obligations.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to know how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It sets no cookies and does not track you across other sites. Your IP address is processed transiently to produce an anonymous visit identifier; it is not stored. The purpose is purely statistical. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing the traffic to our own site. You can object by blocking analytics scripts in your browser or by writing to the address below: the site remains fully functional.

You may at any time request:

• access to the data we hold about you
• correction of inaccurate data
• erasure of your data
• portability of your data, in a machine-readable format
• to object to processing based on our legitimate interest
• restriction of processing you are contesting

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In France, the CNIL (cnil.fr). In Quebec, the Commission d'accès à l'information (cai.gouv.qc.ca). In the United States, enforcement of the Connecticut Data Privacy Act rests with the Connecticut Attorney General's Office; that law applies only above data-volume thresholds that ASR Nexus does not currently meet.

This policy is governed by the law of the State of Connecticut (USA). People residing in the European Union or Quebec keep the rights granted to them by the GDPR and Law 25 respectively.
