What is refundable, what is not, and why. Please read this page before ordering.

Principle: our fees are not refundable
Our services are non-refundable once started. Two concrete reasons: consular and third-party fees are paid as soon as a file is submitted and are never returned to us, and the support work is delivered before any decision is made. This is not boilerplate — it is how this business works.
Before the process starts: full refund
If you cancel before the process has been started — no consular fee paid, no file submitted, no ticket issued — we refund you in full. This is the only point at which a complete refund is possible. We always confirm in writing the date on which the process starts, so that this moment is never ambiguous.
Visa refused
A visa refusal gives rise to no refund, neither of our fees nor of consular fees. The decision belongs solely to the consulate; we have no influence over it and never guarantee it. The work of assembling the file was done, and the fees paid to the embassy are lost to everyone.
Cancellation by the client
Our fees remain payable as soon as the service has started. Any refund of a ticket, a hotel night or an insurance policy depends solely on the conditions of the provider concerned, which we pass on to the client on request.
Cancellation by a third party
If an airline, hotel or insurer cancels a service, its refund follows its own conditions. We assist the client with the process; our fees are not refunded, as the support was delivered.
Errors on our part
The only exception. If an error is attributable to us — wrong date booked, name mistyped by us, file submitted late through our negligence — we correct it at our expense, and if correction is impossible, we fully refund our fees for the service concerned.
