How it works
You get in touch
On WhatsApp, by phone or by email. You tell us the destination and the purpose of the trip.
We draw up the list
Every consulate has its own requirements. We give you the exact list of documents for your case, not a generic one.
We fill the forms together
Official forms are long and one mistake costs an appointment. We complete them with you, field by field.
You file the application
We book the appointment and prepare you for the interview. On the day, you attend the consulate in person.
Documents usually required
Indicative list. Requirements vary by consulate, visa type and your own situation — we give you the exact list that applies to you.

- Passport photos in the format the consulate requires
- Proof of financial means
- Proof of accommodation or an invitation
